you have absolutely no idea how terrified i was when making this particular call.. we were told to call as the call centre was expecting some visitors.. and as soon as i greet the customer.. the visitors crowd around me.. however.. guess i should count myself lucky as nothing went wrong.. (: anyway.. another week has passed.. which means that i am now left with only 7 weeks in the call centre.. (:
