there are so many things that i want to say now.. firstly.. my mum is going overseas again with her colleagues.. but this time only to malaysia for 4 days.. (: well.. hopes that she enjoys herself.. secondly.. went out with cynthia last night for pool.. been so long since i last seen her.. glad that we both made the effort to meet up.. (: thirdly.. i have already know where i will be for my next stopover.. events management and roadshow.. heard that it is fun.. so.. i am prepared to enjoy myself over there.. (: lastly.. i was given so many tasks yesterday.. one would be to replace yi rui in the presentation for the sharing session within call centre.. next was to be a replacement for the in bound.. to pick up calls for singapore sports council.. furthermore.. was assigned to make calls for adrian instead.. well.. now you know how busy i was in the call centre yesterday.. (: and before i forget.. i had the first lesson yesterday.. and if you ask me to rate my first lesson as a tutor.. it would be 2.. worst than expected.. (: well.. guess i was just too nervous..

i have already decided to take off to get my reports done.. well.. shall take it just a week before the reports are due.. (: anyway.. i planned to go prata house at upper thomson for the next call centre's outing.. (: shall inform them tomorrow.. and hopefully.. majority will be able to go.. (:

in another 3 weeks.. my tep in call centre would end.. and i am starting to wonder where i will be posted to for my next stopover.. (: well.. no matter where i am posted to.. i just hope to meet friends like those i have in the call centre.. (: anyway.. went out with people from the call centre again.. had dinner with them at the hongkong cafe in cineleisure on tuesday.. and i told them that the next outing for the call centre would be plan by me.. but till now.. i still have no idea which would be a better choice.. new york new york in amk hub?? or.. prata house at upper thomson??

i am feeling so happy now.. guess what?? i was praised by a china customer that i speak good chinese.. and that if she were to rate me.. she would say that i am very good.. (: anyway.. i got the "star performer of the week" again.. (: well.. these little details of life just brighten up my day..

i was unable to blog for the past few days.. so.. got no other alternatives but to wait till now when i am in school.. (: well.. it is a monday again.. and that means i am now left with only 5 weeks of tep.. should i be happy over it?? or.. sad?? well.. when you are with a group of people for long enough.. bonding starts.. and if that takes place.. it is hard to part.. so.. always treasure what you have.. (: why do i sound so emotional?? anyway.. calling has been going rather smooth for me for the week.. hope that it will always continue as such so that i can achieve the target.. if not.. i will be nagged at again.. and may everybody reach their target too.. (:

there is nothing for me to do now.. just because i do not have any customer to call for the moment.. (: never mind.. take it as a reward for my hard work so far.. =P anyway.. helped some year 1 boys to unlock their lock just now.. it was the same lock previously used in xinmin.. that is why i know how to unlock it.. (: well.. now that i know the password.. i can use the locker too.. =P nahz.. i am not that nasty.. (: i was even nice enough to teach them how to unlock it.. actually.. it was because they said i must as i am from the customer service centre.. oh well..

had the first outing among people from the call centre yesterday.. to kbox we went.. (: well.. had the buffet too.. and.. it appears to me that our purpose there was to eat rather than to sing.. because we took too many food to be finished by the 6 of us.. anyway.. at first.. we have 12 people going.. but in the end.. only 6 went.. and so coincidentally.. we have 2 from singtel, 2 from dbs and 2 from in bound.. evenly spread of spirit?? (: still remember that i was not very happy when i first realised that i was posted to the call centre.. but now.. i guess i am going to miss them when the tep in call centre ends.. which is in another.. 6 weeks??

some tabulations for the month of april.. a total of 523 calls were made by me.. and out of the 523 calls made.. i only have 131 completed surveys.. pathetic?? anyway.. in the future.. if i am on time when meeting you.. guess you have to be thankful to the call centre for training me so.. because since school has started till now.. i was never late.. (: interested to know why i was never late?? it is because if i am ever late (up to 15 minutes).. they would deduct accordingly from my flexi leave.. so.. why sacrifice my flexi leave?? (:
