hope that everybody from emrs enjoyed the team building today which my team has planned.. (: highlight only on the last game.. a game which is actually something similar to water bomb.. (: and as expected.. all teams came attacking my team.. so.. instead of them being wet.. my team members were those who got wet.. and for this very reason.. i even had to cancel tuition.. and since i have to lie to the parents to cancel tuition.. i lied to the parents that i got chicken pox.. =P this not only allows me to have more rest.. it also enabled me to focus more on the mega roadshow.. lots of details being held up just because we got to prepare the team building.. and now is the time we catch up.. (: anyway.. found out that guys from my team are really caring.. so sweet and attentive.. (: maybe because they are attached.. that is why they are better at taking care of people.. (: is that really so??

supposed to meet my emrs team 1pm at vivo city today for discussion on team building as well as the suppliers to get for the mega roadshow.. and i was actually half an hour late along with 2 other girls.. well.. at least i am not the only.. (: anyway.. today was a rather fruitful trip.. because we have already decided on the suppliers to work with and the activities to carry out for the mega roadshow.. also.. we know what games to have for team building.. (: so.. if you belong to emrs and is not from my team (team 6).. be prepared for what we have planned for you.. (: and for team building.. everybody in my team even go to the extent of buying an orange coloured shirt for easy identification as a 'game master'.. (: lastly.. for team building.. i gave every members of my team a christian name of the opposite sex starting with alphabet M.. and this will actually be drawn onto our orange coloured shirt.. (: interesting??

there seems to be so many things that my team has to do.. firstly.. we have to list the suppliers that we would like to work with for the mega roadshow which will be held outside the auditorium in another 3 weeks.. secondly.. we got to plan games for team building that is to be carried out within the emrs on the coming wednesday.. well.. it appears that we got plenty of time.. but the thing is that we got to do presentation for both on monday.. and we were only told of it this afternoon.. anyway.. does any of you have any suggestions for either of it?? (:

had some introduction on what life in emrs is going to be like today.. and i found out something.. that if i am to work overtime in school.. i would then not be able to conduct tuition after school.. how?? got to inform my supervisor about it as soon as possible.. (: anyway.. never knew that call centre was known as the frozen fish tank till today during the lecture.. totally clueless as to why is the call centre being labelled as such.. (: and before i forget.. the girls and i went round visiting our call centre pals who are now in different stopover as us.. we even went down to the call centre to visit the current batch of people.. (: miss those days in the call centre..

2 more lessons to go and i can get my first pay for working as a home tutor.. looking forward to it.. (: anyway.. today is officially the last day in the call centre for us.. and it seems that everybody is so unwilling to make the calls.. well.. i even make use of the time to prepare worksheets for the girl i am tutoring.. (: and before i forget.. here is the last tabulations of calls made and completed survey i can produce.. had only 41 completed survey from the 169 calls made.. good?? or.. bad??

finally had the time to make the trip down to the police station today.. was told by the inspector that my statement is no longer that important since the robber has already pleaded guilty.. however.. they will still call me down when they need me as a witness.. (: one more thing.. that robber has sold my laptop.. and the best part is.. he sold it to someone whom he was unable to contact.. oh well.. never mind.. anyway.. went to nokia service centre at tampines mall to collect my phone.. sent it for servicing yesterday before i went sentosa to look for cynthia.. (: and here is something that will make you laugh.. bryan and i took train wanting to go to ip zone which we thought was in pasir ris.. and when we board the train.. we realised we were heading the wrong direction.. ended up in si mei.. upon knowing.. we alighted and took the train towards pasir ris instead.. but when we reach pasir ris.. we found out that ip zone was actually in si mei.. where we alighted initially.. oh my.. how blur can we get??

i just got home from work but am going out again.. to help my aunt see if my uncle has committed adultery.. anyway.. there is something very pleasant that i want to share.. (: remember i was robbed of my laptop about 4 months back?? which is on the day just before valentine.. and guess what?? the robber has now been caught.. (: seriously delighted over it although i still do not know whether will i be able to get back my laptop.. nevertheless.. glad that the robber has been caught.. (: well.. are you guys happy for me??

previously.. there was 2 divisions within the singtel team.. namely dealers and retailers.. but now.. we only have the dealers left.. and that is the reason why there was a restructure in the singtel team leaving us now with only 5 agents instead of 11.. (: anyway.. it is going to be a long weekend for me because i took flexi leave for today and tomorrow.. but.. i am not staying home to enjoy because i still got to work and do the reports.. (:

once again.. presentation has been postponed.. initially was because the absence of a supervisor.. and next was because the lecture theatres are all booked.. oh well.. (: anyway.. here are the tabulations for the month of may.. i made 1353 calls.. and had only 286 completed survey.. percentage of successful survey had dropped drastically compared to month of april.. but i am perfectly ok with it.. (: on top of that.. there is a restructure in the singtel team.. some were posted to in bound while some were posted to dbs.. and i wonder.. why change when we only have another 2 weeks in the call centre??
