once again.. presentation has been postponed.. initially was because the absence of a supervisor.. and next was because the lecture theatres are all booked.. oh well.. (: anyway.. here are the tabulations for the month of may.. i made 1353 calls.. and had only 286 completed survey.. percentage of successful survey had dropped drastically compared to month of april.. but i am perfectly ok with it.. (: on top of that.. there is a restructure in the singtel team.. some were posted to in bound while some were posted to dbs.. and i wonder.. why change when we only have another 2 weeks in the call centre??
