i seriously do not give in to poor service standard.. especially in singapore.. and if it is beyond my tolerance level.. i would not hesitate to complain.. but please.. do not label me as a typical singaporean who complains.. (: in short.. this is what happened.. a cashier at carrefour in plaza singapura actually screamed at my mum for wanting to make payment at the express land station.. however.. she did not knew that it was the cashier at the express land station who asked my mum over.. well.. the main thing is.. does she even have to scream??
